User Agreement

Welcome to Falou ("the App", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this User Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you may not access or use the App.

1. Use of the App

Falou is an AI-powered character dialogue app that allows users to interact with AI characters that each have unique backgrounds, personalities, and stories. Users may:

• Engage in conversations with AI characters

• Select specific interest categories to match with relevant AI characters

• Customize character avatars

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age in your jurisdiction to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Account and Personalization

Some features may allow or require you to personalize your interaction, including changing avatars of AI characters. You are responsible for any content you input or submit and for ensuring it does not violate the rights of others or applicable laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if we detect any misuse or abuse of these features.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit during your interaction with the App. However, by using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use anonymized and aggregated content for improving and developing our services.

You agree not to submit any offensive, illegal, or harmful content.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionalities of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, AI character profiles, and software code, are the property of Falou and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the App, you consent to the practices outlined in the Privacy Policy.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes

• Harass or impersonate others

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the App

• Interfere with the proper working of the App

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe that you have violated this Agreement or engaged in prohibited conduct.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Falou shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App following changes means you accept the revised terms. We encourage you to review this Agreement periodically.
